Elizabeth, owner of Aquavie, reached out with a challenge: How could Aquavie elevate its presence, forge strategic partnerships, and gain industry recognition while preserving its core mission of creating unique, deeply nourishing spa experiences?

Our mission was clear yet complex. We needed to increase brand awareness, secure partnerships with top suppliers, and boost customer satisfaction.

This wasn't just about a digital facelift; it was about crafting a holistic experience that would resonate both online and offline. We faced the challenge of modernising Aquavie's digital presence while preserving its unique essence of tranquility and healing.

Our goal was to create a seamless journey from the first online interaction to the moment a client stepped into the spa, setting the stage for a truly transformative experience.

Before we could transform Aquavie, I had to immerse ourselves in its world.

I explored the nuances of the spa industry, analysing trends and regional differences. I listened to the stories of customers and non-customers alike, understanding their desires and pain points. But perhaps most crucially, I turned my attention to the heart of Aquavie - its staff. Their insights, aspirations, and connection to the brand became the compass for our journey.

Process

The project was a delicate dance of exploration and validation. We iterated constantly, always keeping the essence of Aquavie at the forefront: spirituality, healing, and self-discovery.

The task required a delicate balance between innovation and tradition, ensuring that every digital touchpoint reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that Aquavie's clients experienced in person.
